THE AUSTRALIAN PSYCHO-ACADEMIC CRINGE
COMMENTS AND CRITIQUES
Comments from the International Institute of California
It is an interesting prospective. The field of Psychology is not something that you train someone to follow instructions and do ABC, and you will always get the same result. Part of being a well trained Psychologist comes with years of experience and many years of research and practice. A four-year Bachelor's degree holder is an average 21-22 year old young person who has very little life experience and insignificant or no research experience and a know how. I am not even too sure if these graduates could even read a research paper and be able to understand, interpret and analyze a standard research out come. It is laughable and irresponsible to compare a four-year degree holder with a Ph. D. Psychologist. In this case a Bachelor' degree will not qualify a person to practice Psychology. In my humble opinion, It is not appropriate to call this person a "Pschologist." Yes, the degree may be comparable to a US Bachelor's degree but not a Ph. D. in Psychology. Well, now you got a free summary evaluation. Please be mindful and responsible professional as to how you are going to use these information. This is not an evaluation. this is an individual's opinion. Non of what is said above can be taken as an official conclusion of the International Institute of California. We will be very happy to do an evaluation if you sent us all the official documents and appropriate fee. for more information on our services, please check our web site at www.iicus.com
